If you are looking for a stimulating job, have exceptional customer service skills and would like to bring added value to the company, this position is for you **Your main responsibilities** - Help define the internal delivery and financial structure processes required to support new service offerings. - Prepare services proposals and respond to customers in conjunction with our Customer Support representatives. - Promote CAE products and services to generate new business opportunities. - Establish long-term relationships with our clients by providing high-quality services and service offerings. - Manage the necessary material, human and financial resources for after-sale service delivery. - Help develop and expand Aftermarket Services business. **Your key challenges and responsibilities** - Submit price proposals to customers within established timelines. - Work closely with the Sales and Proposals Department. - Be accessible and friendly to customers. - Ensure that all price proposals are monitored until their completion (within established timelines) and that customers remains informed of the progress of their requests at all times. - Help manage business objectives related to the Aftermarket Services Department and contribute to achieving them. **Knowledge, abilities and skills** - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Financial project management skills. - Advanced use of MS Office Suite. - Professional attitude, ability to solve problems and manage priorities. **Required skills** - University degree in engineering or business, with three to five years of applicable experience. - Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing. - Experience as a successful leader. - Experience with various simulation systems. - Strong ability to take charge of projects and work autonomously. - Proactive, flexible, team player. - Knowledge of CAE simulation technology an asset. **WHAT WE OFFER** - A stimulating work environment. - This is your chance to join a large organization—a world leader in the field of simulator training—that offers the following benefits: - Competitive working conditions, including a flexible group insurance plan, a retirement plan, a stock purchase plan with employer contributions, and a group RRSP. - Full cafeteria service and free parking - CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
