Prepare services proposals and respond to customers in conjunction with our Customer Support representatives. Promote CAE products and services to generate new business opportunities. Manage the necessary material, human and financial resources for after-sale service delivery. Help develop and expand Aftermarket Services business. Your key challenges and responsibilities Submit price proposals to customers within established timelines. Work closely with the Sales and Proposals Department. Be accessible and friendly to customers. Ensure that all price proposals are monitored until their completion (within established timelines) and that customers remains informed of the progress of their requests at all times. Help manage business objectives related to the Aftermarket Services Department and contribute to achieving them. Knowledge, abilities and skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial project management skills. Advanced use of MS Office Suite. Professional attitude, ability to solve problems and manage priorities. Required skills University degree in engineering or business, with three to five years of applicable experience. Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing. Experience as a successful leader. Experience with various simulation systems. Strong ability to take charge of projects and work autonomously. Proactive, flexible, team player.
