**Warehouse Coordinator**

As our **Warehouse Coordinator** you:

- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies
- Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or redirecting to appropriate sites
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products, will act as backup to Logistics Coordinator during absences/vacation
- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues
- Engage with internal and external customers with a positive attitude
- Utilize moving equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
- Administrative tasks will be required and performed on a daily basis
- Other duties as required but not limited to:

- Receive deliveries and unload trucks - sort and stock material on shelves
- Sorting and scanning incoming/outgoing material or tools
- Picking material and preparing for next day shipment(s)
- Assist our driver(s) with unloading/loading trucks
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Strong sense of urgency, time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Forklift License required
- Ability to lift up-to 50lbs
- Drivers Licence in good standing
- Must have own transportation
