**Summary of duties**: Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, this position provides assistance and support to the Executive Director, Human Resource Manager, Multi-Disciplinary Admin Coordinator (Administrative Support 4), and multi-disciplinary teams (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologist, family support services, and key worker). Duties include but are not limited to: operating the electronic client information management system database (Nucleus Labs); organizing and maintaining client data and caseload information for all departments, specialized clinics, and groups; creating working files; assisting with client intake by performing duties such as obtaining client information and supporting completion of required documentation; scheduling and confirming client appointments, if required. This position also performs administrative support functions such as general word processing, data entry, and filing; receiving and relaying phone messages; providing directions to clients/visitors; preparing program information and material publications, operating office equipment, and receiving goods. Also performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 graduation
- Graduation from a recognized administration program, plus 2 years, recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current, valid, Class 5 B.C. driver’s license.
- MS Access and or Nucleus program experience/training an asset
- **Skills & Abilities**:
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize workload
- Ability to operate necessary office equipment (i.e., photocopier, fax, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team/multidisciplinary environment
