Junior Bookkeeper

**MUST LIVE IN THE LOWER MAINLAND BC AREA**

We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper/Admin Support.

Someone who has their bookkeeping schooling but wants to now develop those lessons into a meaningful career. Someone who wants to learn and not challenge the teacher.

If you feel that you can listen, learn and want to grow - then this may be the position for you. Below is a list of the particulars you need to have:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping or public practice experience required
- Have taken and graduated from a qualified bookkeeping program
- Knowledge and proficiency using Sage 50 Simply Accounting, Intuit QuickBooks online / desktop versions considered an asset.
- Understanding of the inner workings of a variety of diverse businesses and their bookkeeping requirements considered an asset
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Works efficiently within a team environment
- Works well under the supervision of other team members
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
