Manager, Business Affairs - 14 Month Contract
- The UMC team works four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day to work virtually._

We are currently searching for those who love _music and business affairs_ If this sounds like your dream role, this may be a good opportunity to consider. This role repots to the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs, the Manager, Business Affairs.

How you’ll CREATE:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of entertainment industry agreements including, music, licensing, merchandise, performance, sponsorship and various services agreements.- Contract life-cycle management.- Regularly meeting with and advising various internal business departments.- Other duties as assigned.

Bring your VIBE:
- A Paralegal Certification or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution- Licensed Lawyer is an asset.- Minimum of 2-3 years Entertainment Industry experience required.- Must have experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.- Adept in dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks.- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.- Motivated, enthusiastic team player who takes initiative.- Organized, reliable, and prompt, with a professional demeanor.
