Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies as a Tenant Services Coordinator for Centre on Barton in Hamilton. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and tenants, delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring effective communication within the Property Management team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to tenant inquiries and welcome on-site visitors.
- Manage the Angus Anywhere Tenant Work Order system daily and follow up on assignments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Oversee the flow of work order requests with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate routine communications and services for tenants, ensuring seamless property operations.
- Assist in organizing building events, onboarding new tenants, and administering the Tenant and Contractor Insurance Certificate Program.
- Participate in Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and contribute to implementing action plans based on survey results.
- Manage and maintain the property’s social media accounts.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing office mail, couriers, office supplies, and catering needs.
- Support the Senior Property Administrator in rent collection and other property management tasks as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in office administration.
- Experience in property management or real estate is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and achieving positive outcomes.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, consistently delivering results within set time frames.
- Strong team player dedicated to achieving shared goals and objectives.
