Operations Coordinator

This role is providing administrative support to our Director of Operations. Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week at both company warehouses (501 Consumers Rd & 210 Wicksteed).
**Operations**:
- Schedule and coordinate all Operations Meetings, take meeting minutes and forward to the team.
- Create action items on meeting notes, and follow-up accordingly.
- Support and Creating Org charts for both plants.
- Manage spread sheets for plant staffing with HR.
- Assist with tracking of preventative maintenance on operations
**Fleet**:
- Manage and support fleet insurance, updating and removing drivers, providing employee information to insurance company.
- Keep track of all drivers’ licenses and update when expire.
- Support tracking of trucks, manage TSO system.
- Assist with support on 2-way phones.
- Assist with scheduling routine maintenance on fleet when needed.
- Assist with scheduling rental trucks when needed.
**Administration**
- Administrate all Pay works inquiries from employees and address with HR
- Address company cell phone issues
- Manage uniform inventory, distribute to new and existing staff, order new supplies when needed.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all new employee paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative assistance to Operation Managers when needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong and proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products
- 2-4 years Administrative experience
- Excellent communications skills
