**Marketing Administrator - Job Opportunity**
Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and 20 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.
We are currently hiring a Marketing Administrator.
This is a part-time, 20 - 30 hour a week position that includes benefits and competitive wages.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing background.
- Ability to work well independently _and_ as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to take initiative on challenging assignments.
- A proven ability to develop lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Experience working with horticulture or floriculture industries is an asset.
- A versatile graphic designer able to use words _and_ images to tell a story.
- Advanced skills in _MS Office: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint_
- Completion of a Marketing & Sales; Media & Communication; Business Administration or equivalent post-secondary education.
- A valid BC Driver’s License, Class 5
**Primary Responsibilities as Marketing Administrator**:
- Use leading-edge strategies to design and manage social media communication.
- Create and direct advertising campaigns for social media that are on-brand.
- Lead marketing activities in collaboration with other departments
- Help develop visual material and video presentations using _Canva_, _Adobe_, _Movavi_ and publish files.
- Gather, research, and prepare marketing material for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct market research using social media analytics.
- Develop and maintain the company website.
- Manage various marketing projects that coincide with direction from management and sales team.

**Job Types**: Part time, Permanent
**Schedule**:
Schedule is flexible between the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:00pm and can be programmed within these hours to fit the schedule of the successful applicant.
