**Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Manager**

**REPORTS TO**:Operations Manager

**SUMMARY**: The Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials and products. This role ensures that warehouse operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse Manager will manage inventory accuracy and optimize logistics processes to achieve operational excellence. You will also be responsible for meeting customer expectations with the highest level of service as you deliver goods and services.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Shipping and Receiving Management:

- Ensure timely and accurate receipt and shipment of goods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery services.
- Coordinate shipping schedules to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
- Ensure all processes support and follow LEAN manufacturing practices.
- Inventory Control and Accuracy:

- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking of materials and products.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors, shrinkage, and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Analyze data to determine and allocate resource requirements quantity your decisions, and report on KPI’s.

- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
