**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lethbridge, AB. This role is crucial for ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Our warehouse associates play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and maintaining our strong safety culture built on our **3P Model: Personal Safety, Public Safety, and Property** **Safety**.

As a Warehouse Associate at RHAY Logistics Inc., you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect and perform audit of inbound and outbound trailers
- Load and unload deliveries safely
- Direct cargo-van traffic in staging areas
- Stage and organize outbound delivery carts
- Maintain accurate inventory and labeling
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, move, and organize packages safely
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations is an asset, but not required.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
