**Job Overview**
- **Wednesdays (1-7 pm)**:

**Responsibilities**
- **Cooking & Prep**: Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- **Food Truck Operations**: Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness/organization in a compact food truck kitchen.
- **Food Safety**: Follow all proper food handling and safety guidelines.
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with brewery staff and servers to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
- **Inventory**: Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for reordering.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a line cook, food truck cook, or similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of food safety, ability to multitask in a small space, and confidence using grills/fryers.
- **Work Style**: Ability to thrive in a busy, fun, and guest-facing environment.
- **Availability**: _Must_ be **available Wednesdays (1-9:30 pm) and Fridays (11-7 pm)**.
- **Certificates (mandatory)**: Valid FoodSafe Level 1 (or higher)
- **Certificates (not mandatory but recommended)**: Serving It Right
