Malone's Taphouse is looking to expand our amazing team In this dynamic role, we're looking for someone who can manage the floor occasionally and serve a section when required. Experience working in a similar type of establishment (pubs/sports bars/tap houses/etc) is a big plus.

What are we looking for?

**. Open availability**: All days of the week
- 1 + Years as a Floor Management experience
- 1+ Years of Serving experience

Server
- Adequate knowledge of beer and spirits is very important
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a similar, fast-paced environment such as ours
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, catering to customer's needs
- Engaging in a customer first environment
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting

Floor Manager

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Supervises day-to-day function of all employees, facilities, sales, and costs
- Controls and analyses, on an ongoing basis, the following: guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Ensures optimal service is being provided while maximizing profit potential
- Ensures enough staff on at all times to provide fast, effective service, generating the maximum possible revenue
