Marketing Specialist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials that drive product awareness and sales.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Support product management efforts by providing market insights and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting for marketing projects is highly desirable.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $23.52-$32.62 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
