Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our group. As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will ensure that all messages and the brand image are maintained in a coherent manner in all means of communication, in accordance with the company's guidelines, and plan and implement events and activities aimed at customers.
**What is the role about?**
Do you have a knack for orchestrating amazing campaigns through a variety of communication channels? You will be responsible for executing and making incredible campaigns through a variety of communication channels, and report on results.
Do you masterfully juggle the creation and distribution of communication? Use combinations of internal and external resources to create, process and distribute invitations, direct mail, and other necessary item.
Are you a good communication planner? You will plan for social media content that accompanies campaigns, and develop annual advertising and press media plan.
Are you a Collaborative Person? You will collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager, orchestrating bidirectional communication, and building bridges that resonate with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
**Which tasks will you perform?**
- Responsible for working with industry and product managers to plan and execute campaigns through a variety of communication channels, and report on results.
- Work with fellow Marketing Communications Specialist to plan for social media content that accompanies campaigns.
- Maintain product launch schedule in accordance with Marketing Communications plan.
- Develop yearly advertising and press media plan, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely advertising and press releases.
- Facilitate Search Engine Advertising presence with SEA agency to support campaign initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Sales team, and Channel Partners to ensure timely follow-up of communication campaign leads.
- Maintain and update company website with campaign content, press releases, upcoming events and more.
- Channel Partner marketing support for areas of responsibility.Any other duties as assigned.
- **What do we expect from you?**
- College Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications role or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency with a marketing automation tool
- Social media management experience
- Basic skill in website editing
- Video production and editing knowledge
- Previous experience with a CRM system
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skillsBusiness proficiency in French (Written/spoken)
