**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely billing and payments.
- Perform account analysis and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage, for budgeting and financial reporting.
- Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide support to staff by addressing administrative inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and account analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
