Banquet Supervisor

We are looking to hire outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individuals for the Banquet Supervisor Position.
- Comfortable making responsible decisions and develops recommendations for effective problem solving
- Supervises the Banquet Servers during the shift and ensures friendly, courteous and efficient service is extended to all guests
- Assigns job tasks and Stations of the Banquet Servers
- Consolidates cash on cash bars
- Assists the Banquet Servers throughout their functions
- Attends to any guest complaint to ensure guest need is met, dialogue with guest is tracked, follows up with team member and ensures root cause is reviewed to minimize reoccurrence
- Generates and promotes teamwork and good work ethics between the Banquet Servers and all other team members

**Education & Experience**
- Previous leadership experience a must
- 2 years previous experience in Banquets required
- College Degree in hospitality an asset
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Valid driver license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ancaster, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
