To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for an **Assistant** **Product Manager **to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Global Product Manager(s) in running their assigned product lines and tasks;
- Assist in defining the features, products, and user requirements for Ciara products and solutions;
- Assist in the product launch process, including but not limited to product setup, meeting session, product specifications, marketing collateral, documentation, packaging localization, training materials, etc.;
- Work with the Marketing and additional cross-functional teams to effectively communicate product value proposition with marketing materials, packaging, etc.;
- Collect, analyze, and communicate market insights and end-user feedback to the Product Line Manager and essential team members to help shape future requirements, features, and end products;
- Closely monitor industry trends, market landscape, competitive landscapes, and consumer review analysis regularly;
- Engage with cross-functional teams to effectively manage product specifications, schedule and actions supporting product launches for assigned projects;
- Understand the Ciara product portfolio, the market in which it sells, the pricing structure, and the competitive landscape;
- Monitor product performance and highlight issues to be resolved and make recommendations on how to drive additional revenue;
- Support the Product Line Manager in implementing key processes that will drive more business or create more efficiencies.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- Degree in computer science, engineering, marketing or other related field or equivalent work experience;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar function;
- Computer hardware related knowledge (PC, server, mainboard, CPU, GPU, memory, PCIe card);
- The ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings is essential;
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, problem solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new insights;
- Can work independently, lead and organize a complete project from concept to completion meeting deadlines;
- Very meticulous and great at follow-up on all projects and duties;
- Proven decision-making and project management skills, initiative, teamwork, and success in other work-related experiences;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Bilingualism English and French;
- An appetite to learn, grow, and tackle increasingly more responsibility;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
