**Function summary**

Under the supervision of the VP Sales, we are hiring a Sales support coordinator for our infants department.

The basic functions are to support the sales team with all internal communication flow, customer service needs and occasional sales to smaller accounts.

**Responsibilities and main tasks**

Responsible for the processing of all customer orders and ensuring that all information needed gets communicated internally.
***Responsible for all customer communication (order confirmation, final boards, ad samples etc.)
Maintaining stock books and catalogues up to date with current inventory.
Ensuring production plans get updated with proper information on a daily basis; communicate all changes internally as they come.
Responsible for communication of monthly table needs to the merchandise/design team

Responsible for all data and PO entry

Enter a heavy workload of orders in the system daily

Prepare daily sales reports

Notify Production and Customer Service team daily of any special orders

Execute site refreshes on time and without errors to ensure product launches in a timely fashion

Collaborate with Ecommerce buyers to fully understand assortment, deliveries, merchandising strategy and pre-order/back-order requirements

Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

All other tasks given by the VP Sales & Merchandising

**Context of Employment**
- Permanent Position
- Normal work week: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
- Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
- Benefit package after 3 months of service
- 4 paid sick days per year, after 3 months of service
- 1 paid birthday day off, after 1 year of service

**Education and Experience**

Required:
Minimum 3 years in the apparel industry
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of outlook and Excel
Very organised
Flexible and adaptable
Team player

An asset:

- Licensing experience
- Apparel experience

**Knowledge**

Required:
Technical Tools
- Beginner level in Illustrator
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Language
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
- Good level of spoken French (written and spoken)
