**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the Sales Manager’s agenda: organizing sales meetings and follow-ups
- Entering information into CRM
- Engaging with customers: handling orders and demos
- Managing social media: inbound and outbound communication with potential customers
- Inbound calls: processing orders
- Outbound calls: telemarketing and product promotion
- Assisting with daily operations related to order processing, fulfillment, and customer feedback
- 90% of this role involves office-based work._

**Vos responsabilités incluront**:

- Gestion de l’agenda du Manager Commercial : organisation de réunions de vente et suivi
- Saisie d’informations dans le CRM
- Relation client : gestion des commandes et des démonstrations
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux : communication entrante et sortante avec des clients potentiels
- Appels entrants : traitement des commandes
- Appels sortants : télémarketing et promotion des produits
- Aide aux opérations quotidiennes liées au traitement des commandes, à leur exécution et au retour des clients
- 90 % de ce poste se déroule au bureau._
