**First Onsite **is seeking to hire a **Contents Technician** to provide general cleaning, moving, and packing at both the customer's sites and in the warehouse to prepare for the rebuild and repair AKA restoration/construction work.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Contents Technician**

As a **Contents Technician**, you ensure that the contents and belongings of our clients are safely removed and packed so that the necessary rebuild and repair work can be done. While packing and moving boxes as well as loading furniture, you work hard, but have fun You list and document restorable and non-restorable contents both in the warehouse and on customer sites. At the completion of the construction project, you are responsible for moving customer property to their previous condition in a timely manner.

You conduct general everyday cleaning in addition to pre-construction and post-construction cleaning. Both at the warehouse and on customer sites, you clean household contents. And you enjoy interacting with our customers and providing them with excellent customer service. In this Contents Technician / General Labourer position, you play an essential role in giving our customers a great experience with First Onsite

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license - FULL G
- Clean criminal record
- Capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
- Willing to work on-call for after-hours emergency work
- Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
