**Job Summary**
The property manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and maintaining effective communication with both tenant and landlord. We are seeking an extremely well organized Residential Property Manager who possesses strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, an understanding of property management systems, and knowledge of the rules and regulations of the NS Tenancy Act. This is an office based position with some site visits as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Efficient handling of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using property management software.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues by liaising with maintenance staff and trades persons.
- Conduct property visits to ensure properties are well-maintained

**Requirements**:

- Property management experience
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and property management tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and service providers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
