**Who we need**
Due to significant growth, Array is in search of a Production Staging Coordinator. You will be responsible for staging prototypes, facilitating remote prototype reviews, retrieving client-supplied products and conducting pre-production sign-offs. You will support the Project Management Team in scheduling sample reviews, validate sample readiness prior to client reviews and offer flex support to help expedite pre-production sign-offs during demand spikes.

**You will focus on**:
- **_ Sample readiness_**. You will:
- Facilitate all remote prototype review meetings and keep all stakeholders updated on sample readiness, prior to all review meetings.
- Compile all the components required to stage the prototype in full, prior to internal/external review meetings.
- Check-in/Check-out client-supplied products and collaborate with the Product Coordinator for product tracking and delivery dates.
- Perform all housekeeping duties to ensure the staging area is neatly maintained and remains presentable for client reviews, at all times.
- **_ Collaboration and communication._** You will ensure all updates and relevant information is passed on to internal stakeholders including project managers, engineering staff and model makers. You will work closely with the Sign-off Coordinator Lead and Planner in scheduling internal and external client reviews. You will participate in Team Huddles, Daily Stand Up meetings or any other BU/Chapter meetings, including continuous improvement initiatives.
- **_ Quality assurance_**. You will take meeting notes, document deviations, future revisions, identify fit and function issues and share a detailed summary including drawings and illustrations with all project stakeholders. You will install and remove client-supplied graphics and ensure all the components are installed as per the Planograms & Drawings prior to the meetings.
**You have**:
- **_ The education and experience. _**You are comfortable working on a production floor, and you have high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills. You have basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You may have a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering.
- **_ The interpersonal skills_**. You have flexible and effective communication skills, including the ability to write professional reports and correspondence. You can build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, and comfortably present updates.
- **_ The flexibility._** You are available to work extra hours in the evenings or on weekends when needed.
