Directly responsible to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be functionally responsible to manage and facilitate the timely execution of all marketing plans, projects, and communications.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a leader and ambassador to the ALMAG brand.
- Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies
- Manage and implement marketing programs and events
- Coordinate both internal and external marketing promotions
- Manage and lead all social media platforms. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Order, distribute and maintain promotional inventory items as required
- Arrange in-house and outside functions, such as annual profit sharing meeting, sales meetings, Town Hall meetings.
- Manage outside marketing consultants, all updates to on-line marketing, corporate logos, printed materials, etc.
- Coordinate trade shows, including company accommodations and travel plans
- Review on a yearly basis, services contracts with advertising directories.
- Comply with all quality related policies, procedures and system requirements
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Partner and support other departments as needed.
- Able to update and maintain consistency of all internal and external systems and documentation of the company’s brand and images.
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain accountability across all departments to uphold corporate branding standards.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education/Experience**
- University or College degree/diploma that has a focus in Marketing and Communications

**Technical Skills/Competence**
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in business to business environment
- Good time management and organizational skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Monitor marketing department budgets and track KPIs
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and oral
- An advanced understanding of WordPress
- Excellent writing and editorial skills with a background in preparing various collateral for marketing campaigns.
- Be familiar with and able to navigate within policies and legislation around CASL.
- Experience in Graphic Design and advanced Adobe skills
- Exposure to executing and managing social media campaigns
- Have a keen interest in business development and an understanding of the marketing environment.
- Possess a high energy level and ability to work without direct supervision
- Be an eager learner and enthusiastic initiative taker
