**Position Overview**
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving the availability and growth of Nuvona products within convenience retail and wholesale channels. You’ll collaborate with retailers and manage inventory, focusing on strategic sales calls, product education, and data-driven planning. This role requires adaptability, compliance, and a commitment to providing outstanding service across your territory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Calls & Relationship Building**: Maintain and expand partnerships within retail and wholesale accounts. Educate partners on product benefits and support business growth through strong customer relationships.
- **Territory Management**: Use data and regular visits to optimize product distribution, inventory, and merchandising across your assigned territory.
- **Selling**: Secure new product listings and retail space and recommend competitive pricing.
- **Data Accuracy & Reporting**: Keep accurate records of visits, sales activities, and inventory using Companion Rep, and regularly report insights to management.
- **Strategic Analysis**: Conduct business reviews with market managers and wholesalers to identify and maximize growth opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Skilled in building relationships, negotiating, and tailoring product messaging for retail partners.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Self-starter with strong time-management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple accounts.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools. Willingness to learn new systems.
- **Flexibility & Compliance**: Adaptable in response to changing business needs and a strict adherence to regulatory policies.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and work in various retail settings. Valid driver’s license required. Some overnight travel required.

We offer a competitive base salary starting at $64,200 - $70,000 commensurate with experience, 10% target performance-based bonus annually, company vehicle, paid expenses, retirement savings program, and a robust health and dental benefits program.
