**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café & Kitchen Manager to lead our café operations at SMASH Pickleball. This role combines hands-on kitchen work with managerial responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and exceptional service. You will be responsible for food preparation, overseeing menu management, coordinating orders for both food and beverages (including liquor), scheduling staff, and maintaining operational efficiency within the café.

**Duties**:

- Hands on Food Preparation Daily
- Supervise kitchen and cafe staff and coordinate their tasks and schedules
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in cooking techniques and food handling
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team management capabilities for efficient kitchen operations
- Familiarity with liquor and beverage ordering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
