Job Overview:
We have a new role open in our team for a Data entry & Order fulfillment. You will spend your day managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment. To excel in this role, you need proven knowledge of Quick Books experience and order handling. Your tasks not only limit to processing order fulfillment but to ensure providing accurate information to customer and solving their queries through your effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving orders from 5 different shopify websites:

- Dog Delight
- Caledon Farm
- Caledon Farm - USA
- Crumps natural - CAN
- Crumps natural -USA
- Preparing the invoices in QuickBooks for all shopify order through websites.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Printing and managing shipping documents.
- Labeling and verifying all outbound orders prior to shipping.
- Entering tracking number into all shopify websites when order ships out.
- wholesale
- CAN order from sales team/direct from customer.
- Wholesale USA orders.
- Receiving tracking from FB for customer orders and entering into websites.
- Charging the credit cards on FIRST DATA after processing SPIFF & WHOLESALE orders.
- Home Hardware and booking a shipment through portal/ Purolator.
- Consumer and phone
- in orders from customer relations manager/ marketing team/ direct from customer.
- Donation kits and sample request from customer relationship manager for office. - Creating Canada post labels.
- Entering Lot number and tracking when order shipped out.
- Sending paid invoices to wholesale consumers, B2B customers.
- Manage USA And CANADIAN pallet counts. Data entry & order fulfillment job description version 1.0
- Verifying orders created by logistics team before they are on floor.
- Entering master packaging log
- production by all 3 shifts.
- Customer inquiries related to B2C or B2B orders

Recipe for Success:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
- Must be familiar with QuickBooks
- Sound knowledge of the whole order fulfillment process
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize time and focus on key and critical business activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office A Few Extra Ingredients
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter
