We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated & passionate people to join our team We strive to attract employees who have an enthusiasm and passion for enthusiastic customer service and great drinks Having experience working with customer service, fast paced environment, food and beverage experience is an asset but not a requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation and various other duties required in a cafe. **STORE LOCATION**:9850 Markham Rd, Markham ON L6E0H7 **KEY QUALIFICATIONS**: - Provide exceptional customer service for all patrons; - Prepare drinks, teas, and toppings; - Routine cleaning, dish washing, maintenance; - Operate the Point of Sale and safely handle cash; - Communicate and work effectively in a team environment; - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Perform various cafe duties as required. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Process cash, debit and credit card payments - Drink preparation - Routine cleaning & maintenance - Various cafe duties - Possible lifting of up to 25 kg **REQUIRED EDUCATION**: - High school graduate or equivalent - Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required **OPERATING HOURS AND REQUIRED AVAILABILITY**: - Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:30am.
