**About the Role: Barista**
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of Salt & Sugar — crafting beautiful coffee beverages, guiding guests through their drink and dessert choices, and delivering excellent service with a smile. You’ll balance speed with artistry while keeping the energy high and the service smooth

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and guide them through the Salt & Sugar menu experience.
- Craft espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing coffee and service station.
- Handle guest transactions and manage point-of-sale systems confidently and accurately.
- Keep the vibe upbeat and the service flowing, even during busy shifts.
- Work as part of a creative, supportive team focused on hospitality and craft.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for coffee, craft, and customer service.
- Prior experience as a barista or in customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail — you know that both taste and presentation matter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Flexible availability, including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
