**Responsibilities**:

- Provide courteous and clear communication with customers to ensure a positive customer service experience
- Prepare hot/cold, tea/non-tea-based drinks following the company's standard recipes and customer modifications
- Prepare toppings and brewing tea from the company's standard recipes
- Use the POS system to help customers order, and to input online/delivery app orders
- Strictly follow health regulations, keep a clean and sanitized working environment ( floor, bar table, stock room, machinery)

Skills and knowledge:

- Applicants with at least one year customer service related or barista/tearista experience preferred
- Be able to stand for 6-8 hour shift and can work variable hours including morning and evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and/or Statutory holidays.
- Allbility to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task during each shift in the store, with verbal or written instructions.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Having a passionate learning attitude for all recipes in the store
- Can keep a calm demeanor in a fast-paced and energetic work env
- Have excellent communication skills
- Passionate about product quality and customer service
- Can lift up to 15lb of store ingredients, boxed, replenish stock when needed
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- barista: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
