**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring market trends to ensure that the Collision Repair facility is meeting customer needs and promoting new products
- Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss issues related to the Shop operations
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the facility is operating efficiently
- Managing staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring profitability
- Establishing employee protocols and working closely with the general sales manager to track the auto group’s progress toward unit sales goals, profitability, and other quotas
- Motivating employees, planning events and promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of Shop operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Automotive industry in similar role.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
