Ottawa, Canada Aux Delices Bakery Full time

Aux Delices bakery is looking for a part-time bakery clerk.

As a member of our staff you would be responsible for helping our customer with their orders from start to finish. Our pastries, cookies, pies and cakes need to packaged before you can head to checkout.

Our bakery uses a very simple software called Square, it’s very easy to use.

As a member of our team you will also be required to do a few other tasks to keep the bakery clean and running smoothly.

These tasks include:

- Building boxes
- Preparing online orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintaining a clean and full display case
- Washing dishes and surfaces
- Closing tasks like sweeping and washing the floors.

With our proximity to Quebec we do require the ability to speak and understand both official languages.

Prior experience in the retail industry is required.

Prior experience in a retail bakery is a Bonus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
