Job Description: **TEAM LEAD, REVENUE MANAGEMENT** Victoria **The Opportunity** The Tariff and Revenue team is responsible for over two thirds of the business revenue. As the Team Lead on the Tariff and Revenue Team, you are responsible for executing plans for Revenue Management, leading implementation and day to day operation of Revenue Management function, designing and deploying revenue management and pricing tactics to grow traffic and development and distribution of reporting. You will work with the Manager of Tariff & Revenue Management to build revenue management plans, and work with internal stakeholders to define procedures, strategies and tactics necessary to operationalise that plan. You will be the business owner of the revenue management Decision Support system and will be responsible to develop a team of analysts on all systems and processes. **The Role** Reporting to the Manager of Tariff & Revenue Management, you add value by key areas of oversight such as: - Working with the Manager of Tariff & Revenue Management to plan and implement near term revenue management plan on a monthly and weekly level to achieve the team’s goals. - Responsible for on-boarding new analysts and leading the training of new employees on revenue management and pricing practices. - Working with a team of pricing analysts to optimize, grow, and forecast revenue and traffic to achieve revenue management plan. - Day to day managing, guiding and training direct reports to deploy revenue management tactics, develop monthly and weekly reporting, and meet operational targets. - Developing and implementing monthly and weekly reporting on an ongoing basis with a key focus on revenue management, yield analysis, and booking curves to gain insights and increase revenue. - Leading team of analysts in implementing annual tariff increases across all BCF platforms. - Providing weekly and monthly revenue management updates to the business through data visualization tools and leveraging Velocity forecasting tools. - Working with Manager, Revenue Management and the Director of Tariff and Revenue to design, model, and implement future Pricing initiatives/products and revenue management tactics - Responsible for $300-$400 million in private vehicle revenue. **What you bring to the team** **Join us** If this sounds like your next great career move, please submit your cover letter and resume by **December 3, 2024.** **Additional information** - "We connect communities and customers to people and places important in their lives”_ - We appreciate the interest of all applicants; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted._
