- **Customer Service Representative**
***to join our team. This position develops and maintains positive and effective relationships with Customers and acts as a liaison between Sales and Production.**How you will make contributions that matter**:

- Provide inside sales support within a multi-plant environment for a designated set of North American customers;
- Full cycle order management including order entry and order change management while balancing inventory, shipping, and production considerations;
- Maintain communication and coordination with sales, production planning and logistics to support customer accounts;
- Manage customer order forms, item launches and design transitions in order management process;
- Support the resolution of customer concerns and queries.

**You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of related experience within the manufacturing sector with demonstrated customer service experience;
- Post-secondary education in a business related program;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills;
- High sense of urgency and a desire to collaborate with internal and external customers;
- The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work well under pressure, and deal with changing circumstances with professionalism
