Carrying products ranging from landscape lighting, outdoor audio/video, landscape edging, geotêxtiles, drainage products, hardscape products, pond supplies and artificial turf; our drive at Martek Supply is to deliver high quality products with top notch customer service.
Martek Supply has experience rapid growth in recent years, and we are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has a firm grasp on time management as well as the ability to be customer facing. We are in the midst of moving to a new account software so proficiency with Quickbooks is a plus.
The day to day tasks and initiatives are both finance and admin oriented, including:
- Accounts Payable, posting vendor invoices
- Accounts Receivable, invoicing clients, following up on/managing payments
- Payroll, updating and processing weekly payroll
- Preparing weekly reconciliations
- Preparing tax remittances
- Reconciling credit card transactions
- Purchase of office equipment and supplies
- Creating reports as needed
- Office admin duties/answering phones/greeting customers as needed
Successful applicant has the possibility of being in situations where proof of vaccination is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
