**Job Title**: Site Supervisor

**Location**: 26 Capital Circle, Saskatoon, SK

**Job purpose**: This positions primary responsibility is to oversee the installation of projects ensuring they are completed on time with exceptional workmanship while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee in field Subsurface Drip Irrigation installations

Create weekly install plan

Coordinate with Project Manager and sub-contractors to ensure a timely and quality install

Lead subcontractors and installers to bring projects efficiently to completion

Measure, cut and glue pipe, fittings and components

Pre-fabricate manifolds

Lay and connect drain line

Pull drip lines

Transport materials and equipment to job sites as required

Build and maintain strong relationships with installers and subcontractors

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, always providing the best in quality service and value

Troubleshoot issues to determine the best solution for the customer

Finds satisfaction in the completion of projects with a never-give-up attitude when problems arise

Previous irrigation installation experience is an asset

Presentable, reliable and a team player
