Wells Construction Inc. is looking for a full time, dynamic and personable Site Supervisor/Carpenter.

Who are you? First things first, you need to be passionate about carpentry with a love for construction.

Secondly, you love the idea of making a huge impact on our clients, trades, and coworkers.

Third, you have a proven history of working your trade directly in retail/commercial construction. Wells is a busy company and because of this, you will be an integral part of our success.

Fourth, you would have the ability to “hit it out of the park” when it comes to the quality you pride yourself to provide for an exceptional job outcome.

Fifth, you want and desire to collaborate with in-house teams and external clients. You are an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.

Sixth, you take pride in solving complex problems and you roll up your sleeves to get the job done

**Primary duties**:
Site Foreman/ Carpentry/ Door & Hardware

Experience in the construction industry is an asset but your **required skills and abilities include**:

- Industry safety knowledge
- Dependable and ready to show up for each shift on time and ready to work
- Own hand tools: tool pouch, hammer, nail bar, tape measure, tri-square

Wage will be dependent on experience.
