Partnership Activations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and sponsors
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure partnerships deliverables are in place in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate and execute sponsor related game day elements and non-game day activations throughout the year
- Work with vendors and suppliers to facilitate partner signage, giveaways and other activation related items from ordering, tracking and delivering
- Track and report on partnership activations, including ROI metrics and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service to all partners and stakeholders
- Partnerships administrative assistance
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in partnership activation/operations or a related field is an asset
- Strong planning skills with the ability to manage and priorities multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through active listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Archtics is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to work evening and weekends required
