**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and office operations. This is a full-time position suited for someone with basic accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Enter purchase and sales invoices
- Record daily income and expenses
- Assist with maintaining basic accounting records and books

**Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable**
- Monitor outstanding invoices
- Follow up on customer payments
- Schedule and process supplier payments

**Invoicing**
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
- Maintain invoice numbering and supporting documentation

**Inventory Control**
- Record inventory inflows and outflows
- Assist with physical inventory counts

**Administrative Support**
- Manage correspondence and filing
- Organize accounting and legal documents
- Answer phone calls and coordinate schedules

**Tools & Systems**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, basic reports)
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative roles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
