Introduction
We are looking for a Pump Application Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and pricing equipment, as well as providing technical and commercial support to our sales team. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Pumps.
**Location**: Montreal, QC (Flexible working arrangements available, including hybrid options)
**About the Team**:
You will be part of a specialized team of Pump Sales Specialists who analyze engineering specifications to select the most suitable equipment, including pumps and cyclones. Our team members are located across Canada and the USA, building a collaborative and productive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop skills in our pump software and cyclone tools.
Provide technical support to the regional sales organization and assist in developing solutions aligned with Business Line principles and strategy.
Accompany the regional Sales Team on client visits, audits, and discussions to understand customer challenges.
Develop strategies to optimize complex commercial offers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
**Who You Are**:
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering.
Proficient in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is valuable.
Familiarity with centrifugal pumps is an asset.
Interest in mineral processing is beneficial.

Ce que vous ferez
- Apprendre et utiliser notre logiciel de pompes et nos outils de cyclones.
- Fournir un support technique à l'organisation des ventes régionales et aider à développer des solutions pour les opportunités de vente, en ligne avec les principes et la stratégie de la ligne de métier.
- Accompagner l'équipe régionale des ventes lors des visites clients, des audits et des discussions pour comprendre le « défi client ».
- Développer des stratégies pour optimiser l'élaboration d'offres commerciales complexes.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour identifier les opportunités permettant de prendre des décisions basées sur les données.

Qui vous êtes
- Vous devez être un(e) étudiant(e) actuel(le) poursuivant un diplôme en ingénierie.
- Vous devez parler anglais. D'autres langues comme le français et l'espagnol sont un atout.
- La connaissance des pompes centrifuges est un atout.
- La familiarité et l'intérêt pour le traitement des minéraux seront un avantage.
