We are looking for hard-working, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for providing amazing customer service to join our dynamic team.
- Demonstrate a passion and energy for guest service and creating friendly, fast, and exceptional guest experiences
- Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change, and using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions
- Closing customer orders by carefully processing payment and accurately counting change required
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of POS checklist each shift
- Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required
- Excellent communication phone manner
- Friendly demeanor
- Great attitude
- Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, ensuring a clean and organized environment that exceed our guests' expectations
- Has a presentation level that is consistent with providing an exceptional guest experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
- Food Handlers is an asset

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
