**SEASONAL RESERVATIONS AGENT**:
Niagara Air Bus is seeking a customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team In this role, you will assist customers with booking airport transportation, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling phone and online reservations, processing payments, and ensuring accurate scheduling.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2+ years in a customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality
- Strong decision maker with the ability to think on their feet

**Skills**: Strong Phone and Verbal skills, and you should thrive in high-pressure environments, exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail skills.

**Characteristics**: Strong customer focus, adept at understanding and catering to diverse personalities, demonstrates adaptability to various customer preferences and communication styles, Exceptional stress tolerance, able to effectively manage challenging interactions while maintaining professionalism

**Working Conditions**:Office environment, with constant typing, mousing, and use of monitors. Supporting a 24/7 environment with occasional support outside normal working hours.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Niagara Air Bus Reservations Agent, your responsibilities and duties will be, including but not limited to:
**Provide Excellent Customer Service** - Assist customers with booking transportation, answering inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.

**Manage Reservations & Booking Systems** - Accurately process reservations using online booking platforms, CRM systems, and internal databases.

**Multitask & Manage Time Efficiently** - Handle multiple reservations, process payments, and update schedules while maintaining accuracy.

**Resolve Customer Issues & Last-Minute Changes** - Address booking concerns, modify reservations as needed, and offer appropriate solutions.

**Collaborate with Team Members** - Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other staff to ensure smooth transportation services.
