**What You Will Do**:
As the **Identity & Asset Analyst**, you will play an essential role within our Information Technology, reporting to the Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering the identity lifecycle of accounts;
- Fulfilling identity and access related service requests;
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex identity and access related incidents;
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technology asset related incidents
- Complying with licensing agreements;
- Assisting with audits, and addressing discrepancies;
- Administering access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption protocols; and
- Optimizing the system for efficiency involving managing technical components.
**What You Will Bring**:
Required qualifications:
- Completion of a two-year post-secondary diploma in Information Systems Technology;
- Minimum of three years related experience within an IT Environment including experience in:
- Identity and technology asset management; and
- Intermediate software skills in Mobile Business Manager, Microsoft Licensing, Apple iOS Products etc.;
- Advanced software skills in Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Endpoint Manager and System Center Configuration Manager;
- Intermediate knowledge of PC Hardware and
- Valid Alberta Driver’s License.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders;
- Strong Problem-solving skills;
- Results oriented; and
- Strong attention to detail.
