The Reporting Analyst reports to the CFO with dotted line accountability to the IT Manager and will be responsible to support business data analytics and reporting. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the IT department with networks, hardware, software. We need someone to help us take our data analysis and reporting to the next level.
Main Responsibilities
- Authoring and deploying reports in SSRS
- Build and deploy Data Cubes for Power BI
- Develop, update, and maintain suites of reports and dashboards
- Supporting Leadership and Management in Data Mining and Reporting
- Analysis support for other departments
- Continuously monitor and improve data collection, cleansing and analysis processes
- Create, maintain, and update accurate project documentation
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to identify patterns and trends relevant to business objectives
- Communicate complex technical and data concepts in an understandable manner for Team Members and non-technical departments
Secondary Responsibilities
- Software and System support for IT
- Maintain VM Ware Esxi Hosts and Client machines
- Active Directory/Azure user creation and management
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code
- Internal Application Development

Experience and Education
- A degree, diploma or certificate in the following disciplines is an asset: computer science, engineering, data analytics, business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency with SSRS reports, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Office 365 including Azure
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange 365 and InTune or other corporate level suites
- Experience building and deploying internal tools
- 3-5 years of report generation experience, within the retail or food industries, is an asset
Working Conditions
- This is an on-premises job
- The work performed is carried out indoors in a regulated environment
- Regular fast pace or work with tight deadlines
- Occasional long hours based on workload
Shift Availability
- Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
