**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precise measurements for flat glass installations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Complete on-site assessments to determine installation specifications and materials required.
- Install flat glass products, including windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other custom glass solutions.
- Safely handle and transport glass materials, ensuring mínimal risk of damage.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install glass according to project specifications.
- Ensure that installations meet company standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Communicate with customers to understand job details, timelines, and special requirements.
- Document all work performed, including job status updates, measurements, and materials used, in internal job tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform post-installation checks to confirm proper fitting, sealing, and overall quality of the work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the workshop.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in glass installation and measurement.
- Strong understanding of various flat glass products and installation techniques.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut glass according to project requirements.
- Proficient with hand tools and equipment commonly used in glass installation.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift and handle heavy glass materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to glass handling and installation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with residential and commercial flat glass installations.
- Familiarity with custom glass projects, such as shower enclosures or decorative glass installations.

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
