**Job Summary**
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside an experienced Shop Manager who will support your development and success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely install, repair, and replace windshields, side windows, rear glass, and other vehicle glass.
- Accurately assess damage and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform precise, high-quality work.
- Perform quality checks on all completed jobs to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
- Safely handle and lift large glass panels during installations.
- Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and additional needs identified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with teammates and the Shop Manager to improve efficiency and service delivery.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand vehicle structures and systems.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and handling large glass pieces.
- Dealership or multi-make experience is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
