**YOUR ROLE**
- Facilitating the new hire onboarding process including creating a new digital file, scheduling meetings, creating first week’s documentation, etc;
- Ensuring employee documents are up to date;
- Assisting in developing training programs;
- Assisting with occupational health and safety matters, CNESST (incident reports, gradual returns and safe maternity program);
- Generating & configuring reports based on business needs;
- Taking part in the continuous improvement of our HR practices;
- Updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off;
- Preparing, translating and filing paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Performing other related work as required;
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluently bilingual (English/French)
- In the process of completing a post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations or other relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or equivalent experience, an asset
- Knowledge of HRMIS ADP Workforce Now - an asset
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects;
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings;
- Expresses ideas clearly and effectively;
- Strong listening skills - listens to understand; is not judgmental;
- Conflict resolution - confronts problems openly and works constructively to find common ground.
- Numbers ability - able to work comfortably with numbers and generate reports;

- Salary is commensurate with experience and within industry standards
- Group insurance is applicable after 90 worked days
