**What you will do as an Experienced Collections Officer**

**What the role is**:

- Document conversations and actions that occur on calls, and follow compliance scripting dependent on client and portfolio requirements.
- Communicate with debtors for the purpose of proposing and negotiating payment arrangements, taking into account established procedures and the needs of the client.
- Update and document client files.
- Analyze problematic accounts with the director or coordinator and recommend appropriate action.
- Work in an automatic dialer environment, servicing a high volume of calls
- Work towards set revenue targets
- Achieve personal and monthly goals in terms of productivity and quality
- Drive to succeed and a strong work ethic
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Represent the Company in a professional manner on each call.
- Access to an Ethernet port at home, and a secure office/ room to work in (equipment will be provided)
- Minimum 6 months of Experience in recovery (asset)
- Call center experience (asset)
- Good skills to convince and negotiator.

- Ability to multitask and to produce results in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong computer skills - you will be required to maneuver within an automated collection system and/or multiple databases
- Their ability to follow instructions and compliance scripts.

**Salary**: $1.00 per hour
