We are looking for ambitious and dynamic collection agents with a keen eye for detail and top-notch negotiation skills to join our team to serve our clients

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with consumers through inbound and outbound calls, assist in the resolution of overdue accounts.
- Effectively use collection techniques while caring about the customer approach and using your excellent professional communication skills.
- Update and document client files.
- Analyze files in order to propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience with collection accounts

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- English communication (bilingual French and English is an asset)
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communicator
- Competitive spirit and who appreciates teamwork
- Stay in the greater Montreal area
- Hold the collection agent license

**Salary**: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
