**SWIS Regional Coordinator**

TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) is a well-established community-based social and health service agency providing a wide range of programs and services supporting low-income and newcomer communities across Ontario and sometimes across different provinces through online services and referrals. We are seeking one **SWIS (Settlement Workers in Schools) Regional Coordinator**to join our team in a **full-time contract** role until **March 31, 2028**.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support development and maintenance of a centralized online platform, training materials, standardized resources, and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Oversee the creation, organization, and dissemination of digital training modules, toolkits, and best practice guides.
- Ensure all digital content remains up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with IRCC guidelines.
- Analyze user engagement and feedback to enhance platform functionality.
- Support efforts to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement in SWIS service delivery.
- Coordinate and deliver professional development workshops, both virtually and in person.
- Support planning and execution of regional events.
- Plan and manage regional training events, networking sessions, and engagement forums to strengthen collaboration within the sector.
- Develop an evaluation framework
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations.

**Screening** - As a condition of employment, the successful applicant must complete a Vulnerable Sector Screening.

**Transportation**:
**Job Type**: Full-time contract position until March 31, 2028

**Work Location(s)**: 1320 Airport Blvd, Oshawa, Ontario L1J 0C6; TNO locations; and travel across Ontario based on program needs.

**Schedule**: 35 hours per week including evenings and weekends (fully on-site position).
